Lunchbox Asks People On The Street Their Opinions of Abby’s New Song

Abby Leigh Anderson put out a new song called “Ex-Boyfriend Material,” and Lunchbox loves to have beef with her about her music. So, he did his ‘Song Research Committee’ and asked random people on the street to share their thoughts on the song. He explained the Song Research Committee is an unbiased organization that goes out into the community to ask people their opinions on new songs hitting the market.

In the first clip he asked a lady who was watering her plants and played her a short clip of the chorus. She said it was hard for her to have an opinion because she’s not a country music fan, but thought it sounded like she had a good voice but that it sounded like a lot of other country music songs she’s heard, and nothing stood out to her. The next person he asked was a man who said he thought the song was good and that her voice was “angelic”, but it wasn’t his type of music, and he wouldn’t listen to it on his own. The next one he asked some ladies who were not interested in hearing it and told him he was making them feel uncomfortable. The final person he played the song for said Abby’s voice reminded him of Kelsea Ballerini and that the song could be on the radio and it didn’t sound like it was sung by an amateur.

Lunchbox tried as hard as he could to get people to say something bad about her song, but everyone had nothing but good things to say! Abby’s new song will be featured on the Women of iHeart Country Show airing this weekend. “Ex-Boyfriend Material” is out now!
