Aaron Rodgers completed 27 of the 35 passes he threw for 281 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Breece Hall carried the ball 16 times for 54 yards and a score.
Allen Lazard and Garrett Wilson each caught a TD pass. Gang Green combined for seven sacks on defense.
New York is now second in the AFC East at 2-and-1.
Jacoby Brissett started the game and completed 12 of 18 for 98 yards.
Drake Maye saw his first regular season action in the NFL and completed four of eight for 22 yards.
Pop Douglas led the team with seven catches for 69 yards.
New England is now last in the AFC East at 1-and-2.
