What if every person in Los Angeles could Just Help 1 struggling neighbor?
There are more than 75,000 men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County, with the highest concentration residing on Skid Row. The latest data from LAHSA reports little to no decrease in that number, and families experiencing homelessness in LA County are continuing to rise.
Union Rescue Mission is the only Skid Row organization that welcomes children & families in downtown Los Angeles. That is why I have committed to take part in the Just Help 1 challenge and go Over the Edge to bring awareness and hope amid this devastating crisis.
