Today is National Nut Day, and many people are interested in celebrating. According to one poll, 88% of people say they like nuts, while just 4% say they hate them.

"Other" favorite nuts could include: Pine nuts . . . hazelnuts . . . macadamia nuts . . . Brazil nuts . . . and roasted chestnuts.

 The definition of nut was stretched even farther by someone who suggested "DEEZ" "coconuts" and someone else who joked, "doughnuts."
