Join Age Well Fitness for their Grand Opening/Open House Event

Are you ready to see the future of fitness and wellness? I’m thrilled to invite you to Age Well Fitness’s Open House, where we’ll celebrate the grand opening of our new office space and EMS Suit Wellness Center! Join us on Saturday, November 23rd, from 11am to 2pm to tour the space, discover our unique services, and get a firsthand look at the revolutionary EMS Suit technology designed to support the wellness goals of the 55+ community.

Why I Opened the EMS Suit Wellness Center

As some of you know, I’ve been sharing health and wellness advice for over a decade with my good friend T-Roy from 93.3 The Beat Jamz. Together, we’ve helped millions of listeners across North Florida take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. But we noticed that our listeners over 55 often lack the same opportunities to stay active as our younger audience. That’s what inspired me to create Age Well Fitness—a place that directly supports our more mature population and gives them access to fitness options tailored to their needs.

The EMS Suit Wellness Center is a key part of this mission. At Age Well Fitness, we believe that wellness and fitness should be accessible to everyone, especially as we age. This new center is designed to empower older adults with science-backed training methods to stay active, build strength, and improve their quality of life.

What Makes EMS Suit Technology So Important

The EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Suit is an innovative technology that amplifies the effects of traditional exercise through gentle electrical pulses. These pulses activate more muscle fibers and promote quicker gains in strength and endurance, making the EMS Suit especially helpful for those with mobility challenges, chronic pain, or specific health conditions. This means clients can safely work toward their fitness goals in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

Who We Serve

The EMS Suit Wellness Center at Age Well Fitness is specially designed for individuals aged 55 and over who want to maintain an active lifestyle, reduce the risk of age-related health issues, and stay independent longer. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, increase muscle strength, enhance flexibility, or simply feel more energetic, our programs are tailored to help you achieve those goals.

Each client receives a personalized assessment and a customized fitness plan that supports their unique health needs and aspirations. This isn’t just a gym; it’s a dedicated space to help older adults thrive and feel their best every day.

Why This Work Matters to Us

Our wellness center is more than just a fitness facility—it’s a space for empowerment, connection, and personal growth. We focus on mental health, nutrition, movement, strength, and confidence to make each person feel comfortable and supported in their wellness journey. The EMS Suit technology is truly a game-changer, helping clients achieve results that translate to enhanced daily living and greater independence.
