This time might be the charm for Diddy as his legal team has entered a new motion for his release from jail. Combs attended two earlier bond hearings before Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky and District Judge Andrew Carter. The third bail motion argues that new evidence and 'changed circumstances' warrant Combs' release, asserting that some of the allegations stem from a consensual relationship rather than coercion. The motion was filed on September 17 and 18, 2024
Diddy is facing charges of ,Racketeering conspiracy, Transportation to engage in prostitution, Sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Diddy has entered a not guilty plea. Trial is set to begin in May of 2025.
The defendant, Sean Combs will step back in court on November 22 to find out if he will be home with his children for the holidays while he waits for his trial to begin in May.

As an answer to resolving the courts concern with Diddy being able to intimidate potential witnesses allegedly.
