Senator Cyr: Renewable Energy May Be Stopped At Drilling Expense

State Senator Julian Cyr is gung-ho for the advancement of more wind projects off the coast of Cape Cod. 

The P-town Democrat says it's a key part of the state's overall plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address climate change. 

Cyr says he's not concerned about close results of ballot Question 7, saying there was no clear message from voters while pointing to the confusion about the question itself. 

However, Cyr is expressing his concerns about renewable energy projects stalling in favor of drilling of the Eastern Seaboard under the incoming Trump administration.
