Final Team Speech

I'm not a huge team speech guy. At the end of the game, I'll quickly address what we did well and what we need to work on. Ill sometimes see other coaches out there for 20 minutes talking to his team. But at the end of the season, I will give a final speech about how proud I am of the team and stuff like that. We had our team party at the end of the last game, so I gave my final speech to this team. Hopefully I will get some of the back for spring.
