The wait for Trump's sentencing on his 34 felony convictions in New York will continue after Judge Juan Merchan adjourned the court this morning without any explanation.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was expected to provide new recommendations on how to proceed, taking into account recent Supreme Court rulings on Presidential Immunity and Trump's victory in the Presidential Election.
This comes after Judge Merchan granted a request from the prosecutors to stay all deadlines associated with this case until November 26. Trump's attorneys are pushing for the charges to be vacated completely and have supported Merchan's decision to stay the deadlines.
