(Shelby County, IA) -- The City of Harlan in Shelby County is canceling its boil order. Last week, the order came in response to a series of line breaks, including one that drained the city's water tower. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says the affected area has been disinfected, flushed, and that water samples taken have tested negative for bacteria.
