New parents Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker enjoyed a rare date night on Saturday (November 23) and shared a fun snap to social media to commemorate the evening.
The High School Musical alum posted a sweet photo to Instagram of her and her plus-one smiling for the camera in fancy attire. The pic in question shows Hudgens sticking out her tongue in a gorgeous gown aside her beau, who was dressed in a matching suit.
Tucker, who looks a bit confused in the snap while throwing up a double peace sign, commented on the post saying: "You know you make me wanna shout," quoting The Isley Brothers.
Hudgens gave birth to their first child in July, months after announcing she was pregnant on the Oscars red carpet, and was not thrilled with how the media handled the delivery announcement. She expressed her distaste for paparazzi in an Instagram Story following the baby's birth, citing disrespect.
"We're disappointed that our family's privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to greed of a long lens camera feeding the media."
Despite not getting the privacy that they deserved, Hudgens and baby were happy and healthy post delivery.
