Khalid Breaks Silence After Being Publicly Outed by Ex Boyfriend!

Khalid had a surprising Friday when a man claimed he had dated the R&B star and labeled him "ugly." This man shared a picture of them on social media, leaving fans confused. In response, Khalid chose to be open about his sexuality, confirming that he is gay and proud of it. A few days later, he went live on Instagram to discuss the situation further. Khalid expressed that he felt upset by Hugo Almonte's remarks. It wasn't the revelation of his sexuality that bothered him, but rather the accusation that he was abusive and manipulative. Khalid stated, "This is very frustrating," and clarified that he never claimed to be unaffected. He felt compelled to speak out against Almonte's claims, stating the opposite was true and that Almonte had been the abusive one during their relationship. Khalid described the situation as "triggering" because it misrepresented his experience. He also denied Almonte's assertions about drug use, affirming, "I've never done cocaine in my life." Khalid mentioned that he and Almonte had not been in contact for over four years, expressing confusion about why Almonte brought this up now. While Almonte has not explained his actions, he has received significant attention, though he has yet to provide any proof of his claims against Khalid. Khalid reminded his fans that his personal life is not their concern, stating, "Nobody knew because I don’t want everybody in my business."
