1. Get enough rest. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep and try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
2. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.
3. Move your body. Exercise is a powerful weapon to combat stress and anxiety, and even a 10 -minute walk can have a big impact to alleviate your symptoms.
