Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have arrested the driver of the vehicle involved in a fatal hit and run.
Just after midnight the morning of November 24th Police were called to the 1400 block of Burnet Ave, near Shifty's Bar.
They found 60 year old Jill Barth dead at the scene after being struck by a vehicle.
Police have charged 48 year old John Adamy of Syracuse, after he turned himself in.
He's charged with leaving the scene of an incident resulting in death.
