(Jones County, IA) -- Three people are dead and one person is injured after an eastern Iowa crash. The Iowa State Patrol says the driver of a Buick Park Avenue car tried to pass a snow-plow and crashed into an oncoming Nissan Rouge S-U-V. The I-S-P says it happened before 9 this (Monday) morning in the 1700 block of Highway 1 in Washington County, between Kalona and Washington. The three killed were taken to Jones Funeral home. The person who was injured was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
