Girls Gone Wild Scumbag Joe Francis Says Those Underage Girls Victimized...

Ever since he fled to Mexico to avoid charges in the U.S., "Girls Gone Wild" scumbag Joe Francis has been pretty quiet.

But he did an interview for that Peacock docuseries "Girls Gone Wild: The Untold Story". And it turns out he's just as slimy as ever.

Joe is asked about an incident in 2003, when he got four girls drunk and filmed them nude and in sexual situations. All four turned out to be underage, and went to police in Panama City, Florida.

He ultimately pled no contest to misdemeanor child abuse and prostitution charges. But after facing many similar charges over the years, he finally left the country in 2014.

Anyway, Joe was asked if he felt bad for what happened in 2003 and he said, quote, "No, because I don't believe they were victimized. They victimized me."

He explained, quote, "They were 17, just shy of 18. They were the ones that victimized us. I believe, we all believe, that they were put up by the Panama City police, and it was all an operation.

"So I believe that was quite orchestrated. I walked into [an effing] snake pit, okay?"

As for the legacy of "Girls Gone Wild", he says, quote, "It loosened everything up. I think it just made for a so much more fun generation, I think it created the ability to have, obviously, the Kardashians, and it did so much more.

"More, everything, more for society, for life."
