By examining the impact of the diet on mice, the team found that this eating pattern could starve cells of the energy needed to encourage hair growth. Again, you look good you go bald, you stat fat you have glorious hair.
A time-restricted diet was linked to an 18% reduced speed of hair growth. “We don’t want to scare people away from practicing intermittent fasting. It’s just important to be aware that it might have some unintended effects.”
If you lose it all, don't forget some of the ladies love bald men. But a co worker says "you better add muscles too or you're no good to me." Not a chance they actually mean this....or is there?
