J. Cole teased more new music in the New Year during the ultimate celebration of his successful third album.

The Dreamville co-founder invaded Madison Square Garden on Monday night, December 16, for his sold-out 2014 Forest Hills Drive 10-Year Anniversary show. After running through his 23-track setlist, Cole gave fans promising updates about what's to come in 2025 including his final Dreamville Fest and more new music. People believe he might have referred to his anticipated album The Fall Off.

"See y’all at Dreamville Fest," he explained. "Hopefully I have something new to perform for y’all."

Dreamville Fest is set for April 5 & 6 so he may release new music in the first quarter of 2025. Cole has been teasing his final album since he included The Fall Off's intro "1985" on his 2018 LP KOD. Two years later, Cole posted the layout for "The Fall Off Era" which listed his 2021 album The Off-Season and It's A Boy before The Fall Off's arrival. Within the past six years, Cole delivered other solo projects like Might Delete Later, which arrived in April, and three collaborative projects with his Dreamville label. As of this report, Cole has not confirmed an exact release date for The Fall Off.

J. Cole delivered his epic performance from a stage that resembled his home from the 2014 Forest Hills Drive cover. Cole began the show with the album's intro followed by "January 28th," which he hasn't performed live since 2016. He continued to perform songs from the album's tracklist including "Wet Dreamz," "03' Adolescence," "A Tale Of Two Cities," "Fire Squad," and more. Later, he dipped into his other past projects and performed "2Face" from Friday Night Lights live for the first time.

After he performed most of the album, the 39-year-old belted out other fan favorites like "Nobody's Perfect," "Power Trip," "Work Out" and more. The concert was announced two weeks before went down and made 2,014 "Dollar & A Dream" tickets available the day of the show. Cole's rare anniversary show went down several weeks after he and his manager Ibrahim "Ib" Hamad recapped the past two decades of his career on the Inevitable audio series. Cole and Ib used the show to promote the debut of the Grammy award-winning rapper's first three mixtapes on streaming services.
