GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A man who prosecutors say fatally stabbed a woman in Cannon Township has lost his bid to have his jury trial convictions overturned.
Jacob Ryan was sentenced to life without parole for the 2021 stabbing death of Ciara Paul.
He was given prison sentences for cutting the throats of her two children.
Ryan remains at a state prison.
