RI Man Faces Charges In Alleged Road Rage Attack In Attleboro

A Rhode Island man is facing charges in connection with an alleged road rage incident in Attleboro.

Police were called to the scene at Newport and Highland Avenues on Friday where they found a woman on the ground, and she was bleeding.

Gladior Kwesiah of Pawtucket, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, vandalism, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Witnesses told police that Kwesiah was arguing with the woman before he picked her up and body-slammed her onto the ground.

The victim suffered a fractured knee, fractured foot, a head laceration and an eye injury.

Kwesiah remains held at the Bristol County House of Correction.
