The Barnstable County Sheriff's Office has released the 2024 call volume handled by the Regional Emergency Communications Center.
Last year, more than 44-thousand 911 calls were received and more than 31-thousand calls were dispatched.
According to the numbers, there were more than 74-hundred fire calls and nearly 20-thousand-700 medical calls.
There were also 800 calls involving motor vehicle crashes.
