(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Marion teen charged in the 2023 fatal shooting of another teen in Cedar Rapids is accepting a plea agreement.
Baynon Berry was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the February '23 death of 16-year-old Michael McCune.
Berry is pleading guilty to a lesser charge of second-degree murder.
His sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 28th.
