The Rock & Brews location in Plantation is closing on January 13, 2025. The restaurant thanking the community for their support and encouraged fans to dine with them before the final day. They also noted that other Florida locations, including Orlando, Oviedo, Kissimmee, and Wesley Chapel, would continue to serve customers.
Rock & Brews was founded by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS, along with restaurateur Michael Zislis and Dave and Dell Furano. The first Rock & Brews opened in Southern California in 2012.
The Plantation location opened in Plantation Walk May 22, 2023.
