Littleton indefinitely postpones ordinance for multi-unit homes after packed meeting
This has been a topic of conversation on the show the past two days. I had voices on the show both for (the mayor) and against (members of Save Old Littleton). I suggested to the mayor that postponing and then splitting out a policy discussion about ADUs (required by state law at this point) and allowing multi-family properties in areas currently zoned as single-family only should be split up as the ADUs stuff is relatively uncontroversial and required but the rest is highly controversial (but probably also needed. We do in fact need more housing supply around the Denver metro area.)

BUT I also recognize that our medical insurance and billing systems often fail spectacularly and it's probable (not just possible) that lots of people have "medical debt" that is not properly owed.
