Fans of the show can now purchase the famous brown-roofed ranch house in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the property’s listing promotes it as a “unique chance to own a piece of TV history.” While many recognize the house from the series, it’s actually owned by Joanna Quintana, who has decided to sell after her family owned it for more than 50 years.
Quintana has grown tired of the constant stream of fans visiting the property and disrupting her peace, and now hopes the buyer may embrace the idea of turning the home into a short-term rental, allowing "Breaking Bad" lovers to enjoy the experience.
“I hope they make it what the fans want. They want a B&B, they want a museum, they want access to it. Go for it,” Quintana said.
