An Arizona tattoo artist is defending his actions after tattooing an American flag on a nine-year-old girl. The artist, who goes by Sosa, is a part owner of Black Onyx Empire Tattoo in Yuma. The backlash started after he posted a video of him tattooing the girl. He said she originally wanted an image of Donald Trump on her neck but he convinced her to get a flag instead. Sosa said the girl's parents were fine with it. He said the family is from Turkey and they told him the tattoo was very important to them and that getting tattooed was a family tradition.
