A woman is accused of driving her vehicle through a group of St. Augustine High School marching band members who were practicing on Wednesday evening.
New Orleans police responded after 5 p.m. to a report of a reckless driver near the intersection of Law and Pauger Streets.
Officers say Andrea Davillier deliberately drove through the band members, ignoring three adult band leaders who reportedly told her to stop. Police say she also threatened the band leaders.
Davillier is charged with aggravated assault.
