(Hershey, PA) -- The head of Hershey is planning to retire next year. The company has announced that CEO Michele Buck will fully step down on June 30th, 2026. Buck plans to resign from the Hershey Board of Directors once her successor is appointed then move to a senior role until her retirement date. She has led The Hershey Company since 2017.
