Team Jack Foundation Namesake Dead at 19

(Atkinson, NE) -- A Nebraska kid battling cancer, known for his on-field run during the 2013 Nebraska football spring game, has died. Jack Hoffman died peacefully overnight, according to the Team Jack Foundation. He was five at the time of initial diagnosis, and died at the age of 19.
