Garcia, who previously filed a lawsuit against Megan Thee Stallion, alleges that he was misclassified as an independent contractor rather than a full-time employee, a claim that has become a common point of dispute in various industries, particularly within the entertainment sector. He further asserts that his legal rights were violated due to this misclassification, claiming it contributed to a range of employment-related issues.

Among the more shocking allegations, Garcia accuses Megan of throwing a TV remote at his head during an incident at a hotel in 2022. This claim paints a disturbing picture of workplace dynamics, with Garcia suggesting that Megan’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also physically aggressive.
Additionally, Garcia revisits a prior claim in which he alleged that Megan had engaged in intimate acts with another woman in his presence, further alleging that Megan referenced this event in her October 2024 album Megan: Act II. In the album, Garcia claims that Megan raps about the encounter, turning a private incident into a public one, which he argues adds insult to injury.
