Dave’s Weekend in Five Pictures: No I Don’t Have Covid!

Maybe you know I left the show early on Friday cuz I just didn’t have a voice. Not having a voice in our business is like not having eyes and driving Uber. I came home and rested up and I’m almost back to normal.

Here’s some pics from the weekend!

And here’s how the weekend started. Nope! No Covid!

Do I look good? No! But I felt fine and climbed 1,043 vertical feet on my treadmill. Had it set at 7.5 angle for 100 feet then 15 angle for the next 100 and went back and forth. WITH a 30 pound ruck pack! I was talking on the show last week that if you want to make your walking more effective to get healthy, walk faster, wear a ruck pack and/or increase the angle on your treadmill.

I got an Xbox for Christmas last year and have barely played it but I got a game the other day that has me hooked. It’s called “Alan Wake” and it’s kinda half movie/half video game. Kind of relaxing to play but challenging too.

Saturday night, for lack of something to do, we decided to go shooting. I’m not a gun nut at all, but I do enjoy shooting.

We went to Hackamore Brewing in Chan and had Parlor Burgers from a food truck. Just amazing! And played dominos.
