Concluding their season last week in their Divisional Round loss to the Kansas City Chiefs and wasting no time as the offseason now begins, the Texans organization has decided to move on after just two years from Bobby Slowik being their head coach. Following back to back seasons with a record of 10-7 and making the Divisional Round of playoffs but not quite able to get to a Conference game, the Texans have released Slowik along with a few other coaches. Offensive assistant Jerrod James and Leander Wallace are set not to return next season following the expiration of their contracts along with defensive assistant Ryan Milus.
