I had such a busy fun weekend that I have to do two blogs about it!
This one is all things Ozomatli!
Saturday night I saw the band at a phenomenal venue: under the stars at Casino Pauma. Everything went great!
It was easy to find Casino Pauma and easy to park (of course for free). We came a little early to have a drink at the Casino Pauma Red Parrot Lounge where I had the most excellent Bloody Mary!
Then through the casino and through the doors and out under the stars...
The opening band Los Garza'z got the crowd going and then Ozomatli came on and, as they always do, ruled the night! Dancing and singing and of course that famous finish where the band becomes part of the audience and the audience becomes part of the band.
I saw the band again on Sunday, but it was that Saturday night show at Casino Pauma that was the real highlight of my weekend!
I would highly recommend Casino Pauma for future shows!
