Melissa Smart, the Executive Director of the Silsbee Chamber of Commerce is one of four family members that were killed Friday night when the UTV they were on was struck by an 18-wheeler on FM 92. Smart 33, along with 46 year old Otis Smart, 26 year old Tristen Smart, and 63 year old Terry Smart all died at the scene. A fifth person on the UTV, 30 year old Kali Smart is hospitalized.
