Another significant court win for president trump on Friday, and this one was ‘personal’ as much as it was professional or political.
Trump’s main antagonist on the very liberal second-circuit court of appeals in Washington dc.... got slapped back by the dc court of appeals...basically...for overstepping his judicial powers...and then holding onto a grudge against president trump after the supreme court, itself, corrected his initial overreach.
This ruling went against judge James Boasberg. Remember this clown?
He’s the judge that was ordering the trump white house to ‘turn the planes around’ in mid-air and bring some of the worst criminal illegals- who were being deported to El Salvador- back to the states.
Remember?
Trump and his team ignored the request. Oops... they’re already out over international waters and....goll darn...it’s too late.
That has Boasberg initiating criminal contempt charges against trump and his white house...which this DC appeals court just slapped down in a 2-1 decision Friday.
That confirms what i and others were saying as the trump team revved up those flights-saying they had the right to remove these illegals under the alien enemies act: a judge does not have the authority to step in between a president and explicit powers that he has been given to exercise- to the point, that the alien enemies act giving presidents this power makes it clear:and no, the judicial branch has no jurisdiction here.
Here's an appeals court judge making it clear: Boasberg has already been slapped back once for overstepping his authority here-
And now we’re going to slap him back a second time for acting like a bitter jag because he was told he was wrong the first time.
Fantastic.
