UC 89 Lipscomb 62

Baba Miller dominated, posting 11 points, 21 rebounds and seven assists at Fifth Third Arena. The Bearcats (8-5) placed four players in double figures, led by Moustapha Thiam’s 18. Lipscomb (7-6) opened on a 7-1 run as UC missed its first five shots, but the Bearcats quickly grabbed control. Jizzle James matched his season high with 16 points and added a season-best five assists, while Kerr Kriisa came off the bench to knock down 5-of-8 3-pointers for 15 points.

NKU 79 Robert Morris 77

Big road win for the Norse (10-5/2-2). Robert Morris(10-5/2-2) had won 15 straight at home. Donovan Oday led the Norse with 16 points off the bench. The Norse shot 53.8% from the floor, pounding the paint with 46 points. NKU shot just 3-12 from three, marking just the sixth occasion since joining Division I that the Norse have won a game while making three or fewer threes. But knocked down 20 of 27 free throw attempts.

Purdue 101 Kent State 60

Freshman Jack Benter came off the bench to hit six three-pointers and score a career-high 20 points to lead four Boilers in double figures in West Lafayette. Over the last four games, Purdue (12-1) has held foes to 59.0 points per game and just 34.7% shooting. Purdue’s four straight wins by 20 or more points is tied for the third-longest streak in school history. Kent State dropped to 10-3.

Wright State 88 Oakland 73 

 The Raiders (7-7/2-1) led for 39 minutes over Oakland (6-8, 2-1). TJ Burch and Solomon Callaghan led the Raiders to the home win. Callaghan connected on a career-best six three-pointers, on his way to a 20-point night, while Burch finished with 17 points and had six steals, both new career highs of his own. Wright State went on a 23-5 scoring run midway through the first half to open up the margin, with Callaghan scoring 12 of his 20 during the stretch.
