Court papers say 50-year-old James Nunez put the student into a headlock, then kissed the teen boy back on November 18th.
Nunez was suspended immediately after, and arrested earlier this week.

An assistant principal at Geneva High School is accused of inappropriately touching a student.
Police say 50-year-old James Nunez had inappropriate contact with a student November 18th.
Nunez is charged with child endangerment and harassment.
Investigators believe this was an isolated case and no other students were involved.
