Trent Haston is the CEO and President of the Roby Family of Companies, which includes Andrew Roby, Roby Commercial, Roby Services, and Roby Realty—together offering a full spectrum of residential construction, commercial construction, and home service expertise across the Carolinas. A third-generation leader, Trent has guided the organization’s growth while staying true to the family values that have defined the business since 1950.
Trent is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), where he connects with and learns from fellow leaders committed to personal and professional growth.
Known for his energy, deep community involvement, and genuine love for people, Trent is also the co-host of the At Home with Roby podcast, where he and Patrick MacIsaac spotlight local leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers throughout the region. Whether he’s on a jobsite, behind a microphone, on the golf course, or volunteering in the community, Trent brings a relationship-driven leadership style rooted in integrity, hard work, and service.
