Billy Ray Cyrus has slammed a lawsuit from a woman claiming she’s Miley Cyrus’s biological mother!
According to Page Six, Billy Ray called the accusations "false and absurd."
They note that Jayme Lee, claims she gave birth to Miley as a 12-year-old and entered a private adoption deal with Billy Ray and Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus.
Page Six notes she demanded supervised DNA testing and sought to challenge the adoption’s legality.
However, they report the court dismissed the case on December 5 with prejudice (meaning the lawsuit is dead and can’t be refiled).
