(Springfield, IL) -- The Illinois Tollway is approving a nearly $1.8 billion budget for next year
Several improvement projects are planned including direct access to O'Hare Airport from the west.
There are no planned toll increases.
The last time Illinois Tollway rates went up was 2012.
