Several rehabilitation projects in the Cleveland area are receiving support through the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program.
Governor Mike DeWine announced tax credits for 45 projects statewide, stating that Ohio is revitalizing iconic buildings to boost economic growth while preserving craftsmanship and character.
Supported projects include the former Cleveland Milling Company site in the Flats, the former Lakewood Baptist Church on Detroit Avenue, and the New England Building on Euclid Avenue.
