Several rehabilitation projects in Northeast Ohio are being announced this week as receiving support through the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program.
In announcing tax credits for 45 projects statewide, Governor Mike DeWine says Ohio is breathing new life into iconic buildings, allowing them to drive economic growth in the state while honoring the craftsmanship and character that make Ohio so special.
Among the projects receiving support in Northeast Ohio are the former YWCA building on South High Street in Akron and the former Wadsworth Central School in Medina.
