(Marshalltown, IA) -- A man from Quebec has been charged in a payment card skimming case we told you about earlier this month.
Police say 47 year-old Ukranian-Canadian Mykola Tymchenko is facing felony charges.
He's accused of installing credit card skimmers at two Family Dollar stores in Cedar Rapids.
The devices were discovered December 2nd.
Police say they arrested Tymchenko in Marshalltown Wednesday after locating him with Automated License Plate reader technology.
