A Baton Rouge Fire Department captain is on paid administrative leave following his fourth DWI arrest on Saturday.
Livingston Parish deputies arrested Captain William Niette on Highway 190. It's his third DWI arrest since he joined the Baton Rouge Fire Department in 1997, with an earlier one in 1994.
Niette had a second DWI arrest in 2018, plus two more this year.
He posted bond on Sunday.
