(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Downtown Cedar Rapids Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District has a new leader.
The organization that oversees initiatives to enhance the downtown experience for residents, businesses and visitors is naming Loren Hartelt as its new CEO.
Hartelt an active board member from CRST replaces James Klein effective January 1st.
