The Justice Department has released a third batch of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein that include multiple references to President Donald Trump.

According to NBC News, Tuesday's (December 23) release featured an email, dated January 2020 and written by an unnamed federal prosecutor in New York, stating that flight logs showed Trump traveled on Epstein’s plane “many more times than previously has been reported (or that we were aware).” The message said the travel occurred between 1993 and 1996 and overlapped with the period prosecutors expected to charge Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime associate.

According to the email, Trump appeared as a passenger on “at least eight flights,” including four on which Maxwell was also listed. The email further claimed Trump traveled at various times with his ex-wife, Marla Maples, his daughter Tiffany, and his son Eric.

One flight in 1993 reportedly listed only Epstein and Trump as passengers, while another listed Epstein, Trump, and a then-20-year-old woman whose name was redacted.

Both the sender and recipient of the email were redacted.

The White House declined to respond to the latest drop of Epstein-related files. In a statement posted on X, the Justice Department acknowledged that the latest document release includes references to Trump but warned that some materials contain “untrue and sensationalist claims.”

“To be clear: the claims are unfounded and false, and if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already,” the DOJ said.

The release comes under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which Congress passed last month and Trump signed into law on November 19. The law gives Attorney General Pam Bondi 30 days to make public most unclassified DOJ records related to Epstein, with limited redactions allowed to protect victims.

The DOJ has said additional Epstein-related documents will be released in the coming weeks.
