Bailey Zimmerman shared a video of the heartwarming moment he surprised his mom with “her dream house.”
The Different Night Same Rodeo artist, 25, said he “bought my mom her dream house for Christmas,” and kept it a secret for six months. Zimmerman shared a video of the moment he drove his mom to her new house, though she “still (had) no idea,” even as they approached the front door. The Illinois-born singer-songwriter filed his mom’s reaction as he revealed, “this is your house!”
“Do you love your new house?” Zimmerman asked later in the video. His mom replied, “do I love it? It’s like being in a movie.”
Zimmerman captioned the clip: “Every kids dream came true for me today… I BOUGHT MY MOM HER DREAM HOUSE FOR CHRISTMAS. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE BEST MOMMA IN THE WHOLE WORLD.”
After the house reveal, Zimmerman had one more surprise planned.
“I bought my mom this house and I showed it to her this morning. But what she doesn’t know is that I got her a brand new Escalade to go with the new house,” Zimmerman said in a second video he shared, showing his mother’s emotional reaction when she saw her new car for the first time. He wrote in his caption: “My mom gave me everything growing up so now it’s my turn to do the same… MERRY CHRISTMAS MOM.”
“BEST CHRISTMAS EVER,” Zimmerman posted later. “THANK YOU to every single one of y’all that continue to support me, my music, and my dreams every day… I say this all the time but yall truly make my whole world go around and without yall I wouldn’t be able to to do things like this for my family!!! GRATEFUL, THANKFUL, and very very blessed!! MERRY CHRISTMAS, I LOVE YOU.”
