New Orleans officials are ramping up security as the one-year anniversary of the New Year's Day terror attack approaches.
On January 1st, a man drove a pickup truck into crowds on Bourbon Street, killing 14 people and injuring dozens more.
The New Orleans Homeland Security Director said Monday there will be nearly 800 law enforcement officers downtown and in the French Quarter this week.
Officials say lessons from the attack are shaping this year's security with city, state and federal law enforcement on hand. The Louisiana National Guard has also been deployed.
