A pair of mandolins recently made their way back to a vintage music store in New Jersey, days after disappearing.
The instruments were left in shopping bags along with a handwritten apology note explaining the person who took them had been drunk at the time.
The mandolins, valued at more than $35-hundred each, were returned quietly after store owners shared surveillance footage asking for help. Local police are still looking into the incident, but no arrests have been made.
