WEST MICHIGAN -- If someone you know is "over-celebrating" the New Year, you can get them and their vehicle a free ride home tonight.
Triple-A Michigan's "Tow to Go" program takes effect at 6 p.m. Wednesday and runs until 6 a.m. Thursday for those who have over-imbibed. It has to be within a 10-mile radius from location to location.
